Shipping – How long will it take to receive my order?
Italy and EU: average 7–15 business days . You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your package leaves.
How much does shipping cost?
As per our Shipping Information page, shipping is free.
Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we'll send you an email with a tracking link.
Returns and refunds
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return if the product is unused and in its original condition. See our Refund Policy for details and procedures.
Warranty
The water bottle is covered by a 24-month legal guarantee against defects of conformity.
Does the water bottle really keep you hot/cold?
Yes: up to 12 hours hot and 24 hours cold , thanks to the double-walled vacuum insulation.
Does the LED display need charging?
No: the cap integrates a long-life module ; it does not require refills for normal use.
Materials and safety
304 stainless steel , BPA-free. Lid with silicone gasket for an optimal seal.
Washing and care
We recommend hand washing with warm water and mild detergent. Do not use bleach. Do not wash the cap in the dishwasher.
Payments accepted
Currently, any card you want . We are expanding the available methods by adding PayPal.
Does the packaging have writing in other languages?
Sometimes the packaging may be neutral or multilingual; the product is original HydroTemp™ and covered by warranty.
